Building Construction Project Engineer

Plan, coordinate and supervise building construction projects from commencement to completion.

Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, method statements and construction documentation.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor construction progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

Review construction drawings and technical documents, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve site issues.

Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of construction works.

Assist in managing project resources, materials, manpower and equipment to meet project requirements.

Identify potential site, technical and safety issues and assist in implementing appropriate solutions.

Ensure construction activities comply with relevant Singapore building regulations, safety requirements and project specifications.

Prepare progress reports, site records, inspection reports and other project-related documentation.

Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors on project matters.

Perform other engineering and project coordination duties as assigned by the management.
