BUILDING CONSTRUCTION GENERAL FOREMAN

Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.

Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers.

Responsible for leading and managing the rebar/formwork team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project.

Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at site.

Supervision of the siteworks on a day-to-day basis and issues relating to given project.

Liaise with main contractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specification and work schedule

Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by workers

To manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers

Shift work and weekend duty is required according to assigned projects

hands on for site works such as formwork & rebar practically

Coaching and training for new workers

Strong safe work awareness

Requirements:

Minimum 3 year relevant experience with similar capacity.

Relevant certificates eg. BCSS, Work-at-height, formwork supervisor, Core trade, required by MOM to perform job responsibilities
