Building Construction Engineer

Job Description

• Ensure project runs smoothly by resolving technical & site issues, arranging works to meet project schedule & requirement, etc.
• Plan, execute and supervise works activities of the project team
• Attend site inspections with main contractor/client and ensure quality of works
• Manage resource usage effectively for project cost control
• Prepare monthly progress reports for claim purposes
• Keep all project related correspondences and records in orderly manner

Requirements

• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Able to understand plumbing & sanitary technical drawings and apply relevant specifications
• Pro-active and able to work independently under pressure
