BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate plumbing and sanitary works at construction sites.

Coordinate installation, repair and maintenance of water supply, drainage and sanitary piping systems.

Inspect plumbing and sanitary works to ensure they comply with drawings, specifications and required standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers and other contractors on site.

Carry out site measurements, inspections and basic technical checks.

Assist with minor construction, repair and renovation works.

Monitor work progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule.

Identify site issues and coordinate rectification works where required.

Read and interpret basic construction, plumbing and sanitary drawings.

Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and site regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification

Experience in plumbing, sanitary or minor construction works preferred.

Able to work at construction sites.

Responsible and hardworking.
