Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Client Consultation & Conceptualization: Meeting with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and budgets.
- Design & Documentation: Creating detailed, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs, sketches, and 3D models using CADsoftware.
- Technical Specifications: Preparing construction documents, specifications, and materials lists for builders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Project Management & Coordination: Coordinating with structural engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Site Supervision: Conducting site visits to monitor progress, resolve construction issues, and ensure adherence to plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Architecture.
- Experience: Minimum 09 years experience in related field
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar modelling software.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
