Building and Constrution Supervisor

Monitor the day-to-day operations of a project

. Check and supervise all works performed by subcontractors / gangs

. Consult the Project Engineer / Site Engineer / Project Co-ordinator and Project Manager on any problems related to quality

. Liaise with Client / Consultant's representatives on checking of work

. Control and monitor materials delivered on site

. Ensure that works are done in accordance with the daily report

. Assist in the handing over of completed works and rectification of any defects

. Check all construction drawings / sketches received on site and to report any discrepancy to the Project Manager
