Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Build Advisor (Sales). The Build Advisor will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their renovation and design needs, offering tailored solutions, and guiding them through the sales process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining positive customer relationships, providing excellent service, and facilitating initial consultations and discussions about project plans. The role also involves offering recommendations on design and product options and collaborating with the design and construction teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build relationships and understand client needs
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the capability to provide exceptional client experiences
• Experience in Sales, including consultative selling and negotiation
• Ability to train and educate clients on available products and solutions
• Passion for interior design, renovations, or construction is a plus
• Previous experience in a design, build, or sales environment will be advantageous
• Highly motivated and goal-driven with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Requirements
