Job Description

This role owns ViewQwest's non-digital acquisition channels end-to-end-covering roadshows, retail, and strategic partnerships. You will drive growth by building a high-performing on-ground sales engine, expanding channel reach, and unlocking new acquisition opportunities across residential and SME segments.

You will lead retail performance, scale roadshow activations, and develop partnerships with property, corporate, and reseller networks. Beyond execution, this role is expected to define channel strategy, optimise performance, and build scalable acquisition models that deliver against aggressive growth targets.

Success in this role comes from strong commercial ownership, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate strategy into consistent on-ground results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Strategy & Performance Ownership

. Own overall performance of non-digital acquisition channels (Roadshows, Retail, Partnerships)

. Develop and execute channel strategy to meet acquisition, revenue, and CPA targets

. Build scalable frameworks for cluster sales, roadshow expansion, and partner-led growth

. Track funnel performance (leads, contact rate, conversion, cost efficiency) and drive continuous optimisation

2. Roadshows & On-Ground Activations

. Plan, scale, and optimise roadshows across malls, new estates, condominiums, and community spaces

. Identify high-potential locations and prioritise deployment based on conversion and ROI

. Oversee end-to-end execution including logistics, staffing, and performance tracking

. Continuously refine activation playbooks to improve conversion rates and efficiency

3. Retail Sales Management

. Own performance of retail stores and sales teams, ensuring consistent delivery against targets

. Drive retail productivity through campaign execution, staff training, and conversion optimisation

. Implement clear KPIs, reporting structures, and performance management frameworks

. Ensure strong alignment between retail messaging, promotions, and overall brand positioning

4. Partnerships & Channel Expansion

. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with:

o Property developers, MCSTs, and agents (new homeowner acquisition)

o Corporate partners (employee offers and workplace activations)

o Resellers and channel partners (scalable acquisition channels)

. Build partnership frameworks including commercial models, incentives, and joint GTM plans

. Expand into new territories and identify untapped acquisition opportunities

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building

. Lead and develop a team of retail staff, promoters, and sales agents

. Set clear targets, manage performance, and drive accountability across all channel teams

. Build a high-performance culture focused on results, ownership, and continuous improvement

. Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Ops) to align execution

6. Customer & Market Insights

. Capture on-ground insights on customer behaviour, objections, and competitor activity

. Translate insights into actionable improvements in offers, messaging, and sales approach

. Provide regular reporting on channel performance and recommendations for optimisation

Who We Are Looking For

. Strong commercial leader with proven experience in sales, channel management, or retail operations

. Track record of delivering acquisition growth through on-ground or partnership channels

. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into execution at scale

. Experienced in managing teams and driving performance across multiple sales channels

. Highly driven, hands-on, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments

. Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners

. Tech-confident, able to translate broadband and connectivity solutions into clear customer value
