Job Responsibilities
Handle private property conveyancing related matters etc. sale, purchase, redemption refinancing and BUC
Prepare documents related to conveyancing matters
Communicate with clients and parties related to the conveyancing process.
Timely completion of conveyancing transactions.
Draft letters and emails, respond to enquiries and messages
All other incidental secretarial / administrative duties
Job Requirements
1-3 years conveyancing experience preferred.
