Role Summary
As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will be responsible for delivering expert legal guidance and support across a wide range of property transactions, including residential, commercial, industrial and under-development matters. You will collaborate closely with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and fellow legal professionals to ensure property deals are completed smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on property transactions and keep clients informed throughout the process
- Draft, prepare, and review contracts and legal documents related to property deals.
- Conduct title searches, assess legal risks, and advise on regulatory compliance.
- Manage the full conveyancing process and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
- Negotiate terms and resolve disputes to safeguard clients interests in property transactions.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on property laws and engage in continuous learning to enhance legal expertise.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in law from an university recognized by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education (SILE).
- Called to the Bar and qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore
- Prior experience as a Practicing Conveyancing Lawyer is an added advantage
