Bubble Tea Store Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations by scheduling crew members, managing inventory, ordering ingredients, and handling client interactions to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare beverages including tea and ice cream, and perform other kitchen duties to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all work areas to comply with hygiene standards
• Manage overall store functions and complete additional outlet operation tasks as assigned
• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese to support team coordination and customer service
