Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a young skilled and detail-oriented BuildingPainter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting projects and take pride indelivering high-quality results. This position involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, applying coats, and ensuring a clean and professional finish onall jobs with responsibly.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming.
- Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Mix and match paint colors for proper texture and shade.
- Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers.
- Protect adjacent surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, and team members.
- Experience as a painter in the (big/medium/small) construction or completed sites (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Familiarity with painting tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of various surface materials and coatings.
- Ability to work at heights and on scaffolding/ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
