Job Description
This is a support role providing administrative support to all brokers in the Facultative Reinsurance team.
The roles and responsibilities are as follows:
. Assist to gather, organize, and process reinsurance placement documentation for new and renewal business, including slips and endorsements.
. Assist with preparation of premium calculation sheets.
. Organize and follow-up with underwriters on the signing of contractual documents at the conclusion of placement.
. Assist Technical department with any queries or clarifications to enable expeditious processing of documents.
. Ensure relevant emails, (re)insurance slips and endorsements are filed electronically in the system.
. Assist to enhance contract certainty complete checklist, subjectivity sheet and prepare Premium Summary sheet for brokers as required.
. Assist in roadshows and meetings preparation.
. Act as an effective team member aligned to team goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
Basic experience in supporting insurance/reinsurance brokers or underwriters is preferred.
Fresh Polytechnic graduates keen to start a career in the insurance industry are also welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
Diploma holder or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS outlook, MS Excel, MS words, powerpoint, PDF)
