Role Overview
You will be responsible for originating and managing High Net Worth (HNW) client opportunities through close collaboration with private banks, wealth managers and other referral partners. This role combines relationship management, advisory expertise and execution, within a highly professional and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities by working closely with internal teams and external referral partners
- Partner with private bankers, wealth advisors and relationship managers to support HNW client engagements
- Advise on life insurance solutions, including Universal Life products, aligned to clients wealth planning objectives
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of insurance cases, including coordination with insurers and internal support teams
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to internal governance standards
- Support complex client cases by providing technical input and structuring expertise
- Act as a senior point of contact for insurers, internal stakeholders and external partners
- Maintain strong market awareness of insurance products, underwriting trends and banking-related processes
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and client engagement
- Contribute to the ongoing development of best practices, processes and market initiatives
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in insurance, private banking, asset management or wealth management
- Proven track record in HNW insurance advisory or brokerage, with exposure to Universal Life products
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to develop and manage referral-based business
- Solid understanding of insurance products, underwriting requirements and banking processes
- Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
