Job Description

  • Prepare, bake and present all baked items effectively, meeting the company operation manual and gold standards.
  • Produce bread / pastry on schedule.
  • Practice good housekeeping & workplace / kitchen safety awareness.
  • Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
  • All other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor.
  • 6 days per week. Official working hours from 6.30am to 5.30pm. Entitled one (1) hour of meal break.
