- Prepare, bake and present all baked items effectively, meeting the company operation manual and gold standards.
- Produce bread / pastry on schedule.
- Practice good housekeeping & workplace / kitchen safety awareness.
- Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
- All other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor.
- 6 days per week. Official working hours from 6.30am to 5.30pm. Entitled one (1) hour of meal break.
