Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Branding Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand identity across all touchpoints. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping how pet owners perceive our products, ensuring consistency, emotional connection, and trust in our brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and digital marketing to drive brand growth and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and refine the brand strategy to align with company goals and market trends. Define brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Campaign DevelopmentLead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce brand values.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content and visuals. Ensure brand consistency across advertising, packaging, social media, and events. - Product BrandingWork with product teams to ensure new launches align with brand positioning.
Oversee packaging design and messaging for all product lines. - Customer Insights & EngagementAnalyze customer feedback and behavior to refine brand messaging.
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. - Partnerships & PRManage brand collaborations, sponsorships, and influencer partnerships. Oversee public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation.
- Performance TrackingMonitor brand performance metrics .Prepare reports and present insights to senior leadership.
