Job Description
- Develop and implement corporate brand strategy, positioning and architecture across the organisation
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication channels and business units
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns and corporate storytelling initiatives
- Oversee development of digital and social content for brand-led communications
- Manage brand tool kits, templates and assets, ensuring relevance and quality
- Partner with business units and agencies to develop and roll out campaign and communication materials
- Identify, negotiate and manage sponsorships and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and alignment
- Lead industry award submissions and related announcements to strengthen corporate reputation
- Manage external vendors and agencies, including procurement, budgets and approvals
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Brand Development Manager Should Have
- 5-8 years experience in corporate branding, corporate communications or related roles, ideally within a large, complex or publicly listed organisation
- Strong understanding of corporate brand strategy, campaign management and digital content
- Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing agency partners
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling brand narratives
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong project management capability
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
