Job Description

  • Develop and implement corporate brand strategy, positioning and architecture across the organisation
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication channels and business units
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns and corporate storytelling initiatives
  • Oversee development of digital and social content for brand-led communications
  • Manage brand tool kits, templates and assets, ensuring relevance and quality
  • Partner with business units and agencies to develop and roll out campaign and communication materials
  • Identify, negotiate and manage sponsorships and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and alignment
  • Lead industry award submissions and related announcements to strengthen corporate reputation
  • Manage external vendors and agencies, including procurement, budgets and approvals

The Successful Applicant


A Successful Brand Development Manager Should Have

  • 5-8 years experience in corporate branding, corporate communications or related roles, ideally within a large, complex or publicly listed organisation
  • Strong understanding of corporate brand strategy, campaign management and digital content
  • Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing agency partners
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling brand narratives
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong project management capability
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
