Overview
Are you a hands-on and meticulous individual who can support our marketing team The Marketing Specialist will be in charge of ensuring on-time project progression, be responsible for Claim Alignment, Brand Store, Research Vendor Management and take on few administrative tasks to support the Baby & Feminine Business!
Your Team
You will report to a Brand Director of Baby and Feminine Care.

You are someone who is meticulous and have a high attention to detail, and you are used to working in a fast-paced and fluid environment and able to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities
Responsible for end to end Claims Management admin process including:
Schedule and manage weekly meetings
End to end claim documents from filling details, uploading into claims system and follow-up and ensure timely sign-off by Stakeholders.
Manage and own master design file, maintain brand store
Update document as needed, ensure all claims on design file are accurate. Share finalized file with artwork team copy expert and design delivery team .
Maintain Brand store u2013 final artwork and 3D pack shots uploaded on brandstore, manage access andu00A0
Research Vendor Management and execution
End to end vendor management, including meeting logistics, coordinate communication with vendor
Data processing of Research deliverables u2013 coordinate with vendor to ensure deliverables, quality data and standard data update u00A0
Coupa management & other admin support
Coupa management u2013 raise PO and track PO spend
Any other admin support - Manage agency payment, report /excel consolidation, standard report extraction for deep dive and analysisu00A0

Job Qualifications
Degree/ Diploma in any relevant science or marketing discipline u2013 marketing experience is an advantage
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Has good to excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient in English
Works collaboratively with multi-functional team/agency/vendor to achieve desired results
Acts as business owner with focus on priorities Operates with discipline
Demonstrates ownership and accountability with u201Ccan dou201D attitude
Can influence and enable data-based and timely decisions, and manages escalations effectively
Works autonomously Can put order in complexity and gives attention to details
Proactively identifies issues and develops efficient solutions
