What You'll Be Doing:

1. Develop and execute brand marketing & consumer growth strategies that align with company goals.
2. Define campaign positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
3. Campaign | Activity goals set up with focus on growth and targeted metrics
4. Preparation of marketing materials for the activity/campaign
5. Collaborate with internal teams for marketing activities and support sales/product teams with their needs from marketing team
6. Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
7. Manage online/offline marketing activities which includes : webinars, trainings, seminars, exhibitions, brand activation and outreach activities
8. Identify strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts for mutual benefit.

What We're Looking For:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.
2. 2 - 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
4. Understanding of the marketing/media industry landscape, market trends, and consumer behaviour relevant to the brand's target audience.
5. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for tracking and measuring campaign performance.
