The Role
Bazix seeks a Brand & Marketing Manager to help grow the brand and shape how we connect with customers. You will lead marketing across digital channels, campaigns, and community. The role blends brand storytelling with ecommerce growth. You will plan strategy, launch campaigns, work with creators, and track performance. This role suits someone who enjoys building. You will work closely with founders and product teams while helping establish the foundation for the brand's long term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Planning
Develop marketing plans aligned with ecommerce growth and product launches.
Identify key moments to drive awareness and demand for new collections.
Track consumer trends, competitor activity, and cultural shifts.
Prioritize initiatives that create meaningful brand impact while managing marketing spend responsibly.
Brand & Campaign Development
Plan and execute product launch campaigns and seasonal releases.
Translate Bazix brand philosophy into clear storytelling across campaigns and content.
Guide creative direction across visuals, messaging, and marketing assets.
Maintain consistency across website, social platforms, packaging, and brand communications.
Digital & Ecommerce Marketing
Drive ecommerce growth through digital marketing channels.
Manage performance channels such as Meta and TikTok advertising.
Work with the team to improve website traffic, product discovery, and conversion.
Review marketing performance regularly and refine strategy based on results.
Influencer, Community & Partnerships
Build relationships with creators and partners aligned with the Bazix aesthetic.
Manage influencer seeding and collaboration campaigns.
Identify opportunities to grow the brand through partnerships and communities.
Support brand presence through pop ups, events, and early retail initiatives.
CRM, Email & Customer Retention
Lead email marketing campaigns tied to product launches and brand storytelling.
Develop customer segmentation and retention strategies through CRM platforms.
Improve repeat purchase behavior and long term customer engagement.
Data, Performance & Reporting
Track marketing performance across traffic, sales, and engagement metrics.
Monitor marketing spend and allocate budget thoughtfully across channels.
Evaluate campaign results and use insights to guide future marketing efforts.
Share performance updates with founders and leadership.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with founders and product teams to align marketing with product strategy.
Coordinate with freelancers, creators, and external partners.
Support future retail initiatives including brand activations and store launches.
Ensure marketing initiatives stay aligned with product releases and operations.
Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in brand marketing, ecommerce marketing, or digital marketing.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
Strong understanding of ecommerce growth channels including paid social, content marketing, and CRM.
Experience leading campaigns from concept through launch.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Comfortable working in an environment where ownership and initiative matter.
Resourceful mindset with the ability to work thoughtfully with budgets.
Appreciation for design, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
