Responsibilities:
- Execute global brand strategies aligned with local business objectives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and appeal in target markets
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of local markets to continuously refine and adapt brand strategies
- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and touchpoints by adhering to global brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce relevant and engaging content across digital and traditional media
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand equity and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Negotiate with media partners to secure optimal advertising placements and cost efficiencies
- Use data analytics to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize ongoing strategies, and guide future marketing initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform innovative and proactive marketing efforts
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with 6-8 years of brand marketing in travel, e-Commerce/online platform, or a related industry
- Demonstrated success in independently managing end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
