Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales operations to achieve revenue targets across all showrooms
• Recruit, onboard, and terminate showroom staff to build effective sales teams
• Plan and coordinate the opening of new showrooms to increase market presence
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends for informed decision-making
• Develop and propose targeted marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Analyze competitor activities to guide business and marketing strategies
• Apply brand positioning expertise to target appropriate consumer segments
• Oversee daily showroom operations and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational excellence
