Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand marketing initiatives across Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, including new product launches, festive campaigns, cross-brand collaborations, and market activation strategies.
  • Oversee localization of brand content for Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia markets, covering marketing materials, product copywriting and translation, and social media strategies — ensuring alignment with brand tone and local cultural nuances.
  • Coordinate new product introduction processes, including preparation of product information, launch timeline management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Serve as the main communication bridge between the brand and local partners in Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
  • Conduct regular business trips to Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asian markets for brand alignment, market research, event support, and on-site management.
  • Continuously monitor brand performance in local markets, gather consumer insights, and propose optimization and innovation strategies based on market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Business, English, Thai, Korean, or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Deep understanding of Japanese, Korean, and Southeast Asian markets, with excellent cross-cultural communication and brand sensitivity.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or international business; prior experience working with Japan, Korea, or Southeast Asia markets is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and team collaboration mindset, capable of driving multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
  • Resilient under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; willing to travel frequently across Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
