Job Summary
Drive retail account growth and distribution for a Swiss Watch Brand across Asia by managing partner relationships, executing commercial directives, and representing the brand at key industry events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain retail accounts across Asia to expand market presence and increase sales
- Build and sustain strong relationships with retail partners through regular follow-up meetings and ongoing communication to ensure alignment with brand expectations
- Monitor and control the distribution network by enforcing commercial directives including pricing, discount policies, stock inventories, and sales forecasts
- Conduct regular travel to retail locations to support sales activities and strengthen partner engagement
- Represent the brand at meetings and exhibitions in Switzerland to promote products and gather market insights
- Collaborate independently with internal and external stakeholders to drive distribution and brand visibility in the luxury timepiece segment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Direct experience in sales and marketing of luxury timepieces, jewelry, or sports-related products, with preference for candidates experienced in retail distribution and brand management
- Strong understanding of local and regional retail partners and networks within Asia
- Enthusiastic and sociable personality with the ability to work autonomously
- Passion for watches and sports, with candidates involved in global sports communities considered an advantage
- Availability to start on short notice is advantageous
