The Brand Executive assists the Brand manager/Regional Brand manager in overseeing the brand planning and development including sales, marketing, product management and distribution in ensuring the attainment of the business objectives of the brand.
. Creates and monitors allocation and replenishment of stocks as well as monitors shipments
. STS (Store-to-store) Transfer Processing
. Issuance of defective product memo, formulates aging and obsolescence Action plans
. Prepare and upload NAV item master
. Process merchandise pull out
. Assist in sale event preparation
. Barcode request and distribution
. Review warehouse stocks for allocation & replenishment with Brand manager/Regional Brand manager
. Review styles for store-to-store transfer with Brand manager/Regional Brand manager
. Sales event planning and preparation (manpower, venue, etc)
. Formulate product segmentation per channel
. Conducts product orientation to Brand manager
. Product assortment and line planning with Brand Manager/Regional Brand Manager
. Monitor sample list & buy samples per collection
. Propose special promotion on dept stores/Ecommerce/FSS with Brand Manager/Regional Brand Manager
. Creation of memo on marketing activities (loan/promo)
. Presentation of line list on new shipment.
