Job Role Summary
The role supports in planning and executing the Marketing calendar of activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of all campaigns, product launches, and projects.
Area of Responsibility
Marketing Communications
- Plan, create, and implement marketing campaigns and promotions including both ATL and BTL for a diverse portfolio of categories.
- Manage the timeline for campaigns and new product launches and follow-through with high accuracy.
- Prepare, monitor, and present accurate and timely campaign progress and post-mortem report and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, derive key learning for business growth and decision-making.
- Liaise, align, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Prepare sales sell-in kit and product deck for new product launches.
- Manage A&P budget for the assigned portfolio, forecasting and optimizing spends.
- Upkeep marketing data, categories assets, and materials.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns/project objectives are aligned and executed smoothly and timely.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Product Management
- Manage and maintain the development of the product packaging designs to ensure correct changes are being implemented and timely submission of artworks.
- Develop new products that are aligned with the business and market needs using relevant market and consumer insights or trends.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely approvals.
- Apply to the relevant authorities for approval on packaging.
- Update & maintain product information, packaging artworks, pack shots, catalog, corporate website, product specifications, and sales listing in materials whenever required.
Market Intelligence
- External and internal data management to analysis review opportunities for business growth.
- Gather and monitor market and consumer trends and competitive information.
- Conduct on-ground market visits to trade channels to understand consumers buying behaviors and upcoming product trends.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Internal
- Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, Team members.
External
- Suppliers, Retailers, Agency Partners.
Communication Tasks
- Collaborate with external and internal agencies to develop campaigns.
- Engage Sales, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain to plan sales and trade activations.
- Business presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
- Degree in Business, or a related discipline.
- FMCG experience will be an advantage.
Aptitude And Skills
- Good command of English.
- Strong sense of initiatives, responsibility and dependability.
- Effective communicator with good analytical skills.
- Competent in Microsoft applications.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle multi projects within tight deadlines.
- Team player and interact well with people.
- Meticulous and have an eye for details.
