At Vision Organisation, we help brands connect with customers through face-to-face marketing campaigns. We're looking for a Brand Engagement & Sales Associate who is ready to learn, meet new people and grow alongside a supportive team.

What you'll do

• Represent clients at events, roadshows and promotional campaigns.

• Engage customers face-to-face and introduce relevant products or services.

• Build brand awareness through conversations and customer engagement.

• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

• Attend training and coaching sessions to develop your communication and sales skills.

• Share customer feedback with the team to improve campaign performance.

What we're looking for

• Someone who enjoys interacting with people and working in a team.

• A willingness to learn, receive feedback and take on new challenges.

• An interest in sales, marketing, brand representation or customer engagement.

• No prior experience required training and guidance will be provided.

Your day
