Brand Development Manager (amber)

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and self-motivated individualwith strong studio management and coaching experience, who understands thefitness industry and has the vision to take amber to the next level. Responsibilities:

. Takeoverall ownership of brand identity, ensuring the outlet(s) consistentlyreflect the vision and customer experience.

. Actas the face and key representative of amber, building strong relationships withmembers, clients, and staff.

. Overseethe day-to-day management and fitness operations, providing ongoing guidanceand support for coaches to maintain consistent standards delivered across theoutlet(s).

. Developand implement training programmes and coaching methodologies that align withcurrent fitness trends and amber's brand philosophy.

. Workclosely with management and other related functions to develop and executeamber's short & long-term business and brand strategies, including newprogrammes, activities, and growth opportunities.

. Monitoramber's overall performance, including the promotion and sales of membershippackages, and provide regular operational and brand development reportscovering key achievements, challenges, sales performance, and recommendations.

. Fostera strong team culture and sense of ownership, taking responsibility for peoplemanagement team performance, development and motivation, while creating anenvironment where the team is aligned with amber's vision and motivated to growtogether.
