You will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing digital channels, and collaborating with a network of freelancers and partners to bring creative ideas to life. The position requires a proactive approach to campaign planning, performance tracking, and community engagement, with a strong focus on both brand building and measurable results.
Deliverables
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies tailored to the apparel sector
- Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage paid media, performance marketing, and ecommerce activities
- Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with freelancers, creators, and partners to deliver high-quality campaigns
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Engage with the community to build brand loyalty and drive customer acquisition
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in marketing, content, or ecommerce, preferably within fashion or consumer brands
- Proven expertise in brand building, digital marketing, and campaign management
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and performance marketing tools
- Excellent communication, project management, and partner management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore and collaborate closely with the founding team
- Creative, adaptable, and results-driven mindset with a passion for building brands from scratch
