We are looking for a Brand & Communications Manager to elevate Start2 Group's brand presence, shape compelling narratives, and strengthen engagement across the startup and innovation ecosystem. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who enjoys combining storytelling, brand building, content creation, and community engagement in a fast-paced international environment.

Role and Responsibilities
Brand & Communications Strategy
- Support the development and execution of Start2 Group's brand and communications strategy across priority markets in Asia.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across channels, regions, and programs.
- Strengthen Start2 Group and program brand positioning through compelling storytelling and ecosystem narratives.
Content & Storytelling
- Own and manage content creation across digital channels including LinkedIn, website, newsletters, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Translate startup, corporate, and ecosystem activities into engaging stories, case studies, interviews, and thought leadership content.
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars aligned with program milestones, events, and business priorities.
PR & External Communications
- Support media outreach, press releases, PR distribution, and communication opportunities across regional markets.
- Coordinate external communications for partnerships, ecosystem collaborations, startup delegations, and market programs.
- Build visibility for Start2 Group through ecosystem and media amplification.
Event Communications
- Lead communications for flagship ecosystem events, startup programs, demo days, conferences, and partner activations.
- Develop event messaging, promotional assets, speaker communication support, and post-event content amplification.
- Ensure event outcomes are leveraged for brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Program, Business Development, and regional teams to gather content opportunities and ensure communication alignment.
- Support leadership communications, presentations, and external-facing messaging where relevant.
- Coordinate with designers, freelancers, agencies, and ecosystem partners on communication deliverables.
Brand Governance
- Maintain brand standards, templates, tone of voice, and communication quality across markets.
- Ensure proper usage of Start2 Group and partner branding across assets and channels.
Performance Monitoring
- Track communication performance, social engagement, media visibility, and content effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements based on performance insights and business priorities.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, communications, content marketing, PR, or ecosystem/community marketing.
- Experience working in startups or supporting startup ecosystems (e.g., accelerators, incubators, venture programs, or innovation hubs).
- Proven experience managing multi-channel content and communication strategies.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Experience supporting events, conferences, or ecosystem engagement initiatives is preferred.
- Experience managing social media, content marketing, and event planning.
- Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and global business expansion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Additional Asian language capabilities (Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, or Southeast Asian languages) are considered a plus.
