Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Marketing & Advocacy Manager (Foundation) to lead year-round advocacy, brand, and engagement campaigns across six regional markets. This role will drive the visibility and impact of the Foundation through integrated marketing strategies, compelling content, flagship events, and strong brand governance. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with proven experience in brand and content management, digital marketing, and event promotion, with a passion for creating meaningful impact.

Salary up to $15000

Location: Downtown

Contract: 6 month (Maternity Cover)

Foundation Advocacy Campaigns

. Develop cohesive year-long advocacy and engagement campaigns that elevate the visibility and impact of the Foundation and its focus areas in 6 key markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, India and Indonesia).

. This includes holistic brand and marketing efforts for signature platforms:

  • Awards Programme
  • Foundation Grant Programme
  • Portraits of Purpose (staff volunteerism)

Brand Governance & Creative Integrity across the Region

. Provide strategic marketing support for Foundation programmes across key markets.

. Share campaign frameworks, activation guides, and engagement tools that can be adapted and used locally.

Content Development & Strategy (Support)

. Partner with appointed agencies to define content strategy, plan editorial calendars, and produce multi-format content (video, articles, social, digital).

. Ensure storytelling is consistent, resonant, and aligned with the Foundation's voice and purpose.

. Optimise, maintain, and publish content across digital platforms to meet annual performance targets and enhance audience engagement.

. Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all materials produced and published by the team.

Events and Programme Marketing for all Foundation Impact Programs, including signature platforms like Impact Beyond Dialogues and Summit

. Collaborate with media and content leads (internal), and key program partners (external) to promote and amplify programs.

. Lead marketing and audience engagement for flagship events such as the Impact Beyond Summit, Impact Beyond Dialogues, and other Foundation initiatives.

. Support event marketing needs including pre-event publicity, on-ground branding, content capture and post-event amplification.

Advertising Media Management

. Ensure integration of content across different paid and owned media platforms.

. Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events to continuously improve and optimise marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skillsets

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

. Proven experience in brand, marketing and content management.

. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to copywrite a plus.

. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

. Proficiency in digital marketing and media management.

. Proficiency with various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.

. Deep experience in event planning and management.

. Keen eye for design, attention to detail, and creative flair.

. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on marketing effectiveness.

. Budget management experience.
