You will be instrumental in shaping brand marketing and communication strategies, including brand campaigns, yearly tactical initiatives, and segment-specific campaigns targeting diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the PR & Communications team to boost brand awareness through influencer marketing and partnerships with content creators
- Create and execute on-brand content across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging, overseeing media asset selection and approval for marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to identify and partner with influencers, ensure their content aligns with brand values, while adapting materials for social ads to boost brand awareness
- Support the creation and execution of brand campaigns, from concept to creative direction, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and segment-specific messaging
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with 8-10 years of marketing communications experience in luxury, hospitality, or a related industry
- Skilled in building brands using consumer behavior targeting and leveraging data to drive decision-making and campaign strategies
- Proven success in creating engaging marketing materials across multiple channels, with strong experience in campaign management and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
