Position Overview:

We're looking for a passionate and creative Brand & Community Lead to help build and grow a group of emerging and established sports and active lifestyle brands. If you're someone who lives and breathes marketing, loves the energy of startup-style environments, and has a natural flair for connecting with communities, this could be your dream role.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

You'll be hands-on in developing brand identities, planning marketing activities, and building engaged communities-both online and offline. This is a role for a self-starter who's excited to take ownership, experiment with ideas, and bring fresh energy to every project.

What You'll Be Doing:

Brand Building

  • Help shape and evolve the tone, look, and feel of each brand.
  • Define positioning and messaging that resonates with sport and lifestyle audiences.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns across social media, digital, email, and influencer channels.
  • Develop content strategies and create engaging assets (visuals, copy, video snippets, etc.).
  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and community events.

Community Engagement

  • Grow and engage vibrant communities around each brand-fans, customers, athletes, and influencers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ambassadors, and collaborators.
  • Listen to the community and bring feedback into future planning.

Performance & Insights

  • Track campaign performance, social media metrics, and audience engagement.
  • Use insights to improve reach, retention, and ROI.
  • Stay on top of trends in sport, culture, and digital marketing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Creative thinker with a genuine passion for sports, fitness, or active lifestyles.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand building, or community management.
  • An eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with content tools, social platforms, and basic analytics
  • Strong understanding of the South East Asia market landscape, consumer behaviour, and cultural nuances
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
