We're looking for confident, energetic and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors.

You'll represent established brands, engage with customers face-to-face and help create positive experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Whether you're a fresh graduate, coming from retail or hospitality, or simply someone who enjoys meeting and talking to new people, we'll provide the training and mentorship to help you get started.

No prior sales or marketing experience is required.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be involved in:

• Representing our clients and their brands professionally

• Engaging with customers through face-to-face interactions

• Introducing and explaining products, services and promotions

• Understanding customers needs and recommending suitable solutions

• Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Creating positive and memorable customer experiences

• Developing your communication, presentation and persuasion skills

• Working together with your team to achieve campaign goals

You'll receive hands-on training before taking on greater responsibilities.

Who We're Looking For

• A Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline

You'll Stand Out If You Have

• Retail, hospitality or customer service experience

• Events, roadshows or promotional experience

• Experience in CCAs, sports teams, student councils or orientation camps

• Sales or marketing experience

• Strong presentation or communication skills
