About the Role:We are looking for an energetic and passionate Brand Ambassador to join our team in Singapore. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promoting our products and services, increasing brand awareness, and fostering strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities:- Brand Promotion: Represent and promote the brand at events, social media platforms, and other channels to raise awareness and attract new customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers through online and offline interactions, ensuring they understand and are excited about the brand.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and promotional materials that reflect the brands messaging.
- Social Media Advocacy: Use personal social media accounts to engage with the audience, sharing brand-related content and encouraging user-generated content.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the brand&aposs products, services, and promotions to effectively answer questions and advocate for the brand.
- Market Research: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing and sales teams to help improve brand strategies and customer experiences.
- Event Support: Assist with organizing, promoting, and participating in brand-related events, campaigns, and product launches.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all brand communications are consistent with the companys messaging and image.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
- Passion for the brand and its products, with an ability to convey enthusiasm and create excitement.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic content creation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eligibility: Must have Singaporean citizenship or a valid work pass to be considered for this role.
