About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Brand Ambassador to join our team in Singapore. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promoting our products and services, increasing brand awareness, and fostering strong relationships with customers. This role is perfect for individuals who are outgoing, creative, and have a strong ability to communicate our brands values to a broad audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Promotion: Represent and promote the brand at events, social media platforms, and other channels to raise awareness and attract new customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers through online and offline interactions, ensuring they understand and are excited about the brand.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and promotional materials that reflect the brands messaging.
  • Social Media Advocacy: Use personal social media accounts to engage with the audience, sharing brand-related content and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the brand&aposs products, services, and promotions to effectively answer questions and advocate for the brand.
  • Market Research: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing and sales teams to help improve brand strategies and customer experiences.
  • Event Support: Assist with organizing, promoting, and participating in brand-related events, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all brand communications are consistent with the companys messaging and image.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
  • Passion for the brand and its products, with an ability to convey enthusiasm and create excitement.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic content creation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eligibility: Must have Singaporean citizenship or a valid work pass to be considered for this role.
