We are seeking a full-time Brand Ambassador to represent our company at offline promotional events, mall roadshows, and exhibitions. This role is key in enhancing brand image and engaging potential customers by communicating brand values, sharing product information, and creating a positive event experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand at events and engage with customers on-site
- Introduce brand features, product information, and promotional offers
- Enhance brand awareness and customer perception through positive interactions
- Support event operations including setup, registration, and data collection
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve promotional strategies
- Assist the team in achieving event sales and acquisition targets
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or brand promotions preferred (fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered)
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and capable of handling on-site challenges independently
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days
