Brand Ambassador

We are a MAISON, the first collaborative creative perfumery house for the luxury-lifestyle generation, who want to stand out from everyday scents with sustainable haute couture natural ingredients. We believe each one of us deserve to create their own unique scent through experiences within its beautiful and luxurious boutiques as well as online, allowing tailor-made creations for all with an astounding quality at its core.

We are currently seeking Brand Ambassadors for our counters in Changi Airport Terminals to be trained into Scent Designers. If you are service-oriented, passionate and love perfumes, we'd love to meet with you! The basic duties of a Brand Ambassador are:

• Greet and welcome customers. Identify their personality and their needs/ desires for scents.

• To demonstrate product knowledge on all categories and to have an awareness of the current advertising, marketing campaigns and new launches.

• Cross-sell products, upsell and achieve maximum sales potential in line with targets.

• Follow all stock management procedures and support the team to maintain highest standards of housekeeping and display within the boutique.

• Oversee all merchandising and display windows and organize special events with our Marketing team.

• To help in external workshops conducted in offsite venues.

• To carry additional duties as directed by the Shilla Management or any other senior representative of the company
