Senior Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative (Scandinavian Furniture)

As a Sales Representative / Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of KUHL HOME. You will guide parents, interior designers, and homeowners through a tailored shopping experience, helping them visualize and curate functional, long-lasting spaces.

Showroom & Sales Operations

• Welcome and engage showroom visitors, delivering a high-touch, consultative sales experience to close deals effectively.

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of KUHL HOME's core product lines-including convertible beds, baby cots, modular storage, and ergonomic study desks-emphasizing quality, solid wood craftsmanship, and safety standards.

• Conduct 3D room planning consultation sessions to help clients visualize furniture configurations within their homes.

• Prepare clear proposals, quotations, and manage customer inquiries via in-person interactions, WhatsApp, and phone.

• Manage end-to-end sales transactions, order processing, delivery scheduling, and post-sales installation coordination.

Brand & Customer Experience

• Serve as a brand story ambassador, articulating the value of sustainable, modular Danish design.

• Maintain showroom visual merchandising standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for families.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, architects, and interior designers to generate repeat business.
