Job Description

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves monitoring performance, providing training and guidance, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

. Supervise and lead the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

Job Requirements

. Diploma

. Minimum 1 years of sales or supervisory experience (health or service industry preferred).

. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
