About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our team at RHB Banking Group as a Branch Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service at the branch level, supporting daily banking operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery while maintaining operational efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing

  • To greet and assist customers with their inquiries and transactions in a professional and timely manner
  • To provide accurate and prompt information about RHB's products and services
  • To support the implementation of customer service initiatives within the branch
  • To maintain high standards of service quality by adhering to Retail Banking guidelines and effectively using
  • customer service tools and technologies
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product teams, Operations) to improve customer experience and
  • service delivery

Complaint Management

  • To ensure all customer complaints and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • To escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Supervisor for immediate resolution
  • To collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution

Branch Operations

  • To support daily branch operations and provide assistance to other branches when required
  • To verify customer identification and ensure proper authorization and documentation for all transactions
  • To handle cash management activities including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations
  • To support account opening processes and maintain accurate transaction records
  • To perform any additional tasks in accordance with the Branch Operational Manual
  • To work closely with branch staff and sales teams to ensure efficient operations and excellent service

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

  • To ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management protocols within the branch

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience in banking, customer service, or financial services are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good planning and organizational abilities
