Bank Customer Service Executive (JT) (Bank Branch)

Job Title: Customer Service Bank Branch Representative

(We have multiple Work locations in Singapore which you can choose)

Evening Banking Hours: 9:40am - 6:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Normal Banking Hours: 8:10am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Saturdays: Half day morning

Additional Monthly allowance of $360 added to basic salary.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

. Has customer service experience, preferably in financial institutions or insurance companies.

. Attend to walk-in Customers (Bank Branches)

. Handle over-the counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals accurately

. Assist in customers enquires and ensure Bank's service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction

. Prospect banking products and services to customers

. To provide one-stop customer service to customers.

. Assist customers with dedication and passion on various enquiries and requests on .Corporate products Corporate Account Services, Cash Management Products, Corporate Trade Services, Corporate Loans, Self-Service Banking, Corporate Live Chat.

. Resolve requests from corporate customers on general and transactional enquiries related to Corporate account products.

. Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests.

. Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards.
