Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
- Manage appointment schedules, staff rosters, and service flow to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory and order salon products and supplies in a timely manner.
2. Staff Management & Training
- Recruit, train, and mentor salon staff, including manicurists and lash artish.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment to maintain high staff morale.
3. Customer Service & Experience
- Greet and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any service-related concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement customer loyalty programs and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Sales & Business Growth
- Monitor sales performance and set targets for services and retail products.
- Develop promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Analyze branch performance reports and recommend improvement plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a salon, spa, or lash retail management role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of nail and lash services, trends, and products.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
