Responsibilities:

. Promoting massage treatments and packages to customers

. Record daily transaction for all services performed

. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail counters

. Enhance guest recognition at all times be addressing guests name and interacting with them on a professional level

. Handle front desk duties such as answering to customer's queries, appointment, scheduling, Cashiering etc.

. To maintain and update customer database at all time

. Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc

. Able to train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance

. Drive & exceed individual & store targets

Requirement:

. Pleasant and service oriented personality

. Sales driven & highly motivated

. Can do and positive attitude

. 6 days workweek

. Able to work on retail hours

. Basic salary + personal sales commission+ outlet sales commission
