Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operation of the claims / customer service

• Ensure smooth processing of motor insurance claims

• Maintain proper branch documentation and reporting.

• Knowledge of automotive products, service operations, and parts management

• Handly customer complaints and complex cases
• Strong leadership and team management skills
  

Requirements:

• Insurance claims knowledge (especially motor/automotive claims)

• Customer service and complaint resolution

• Team leadership and branch operations management

• Understanding of vehicle repair processes

• Data reporting and operational planning
