Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Branch Manager at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient delivery of services, adherence to company standards, and a strong user-centered experience. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a distributed team, setting performance targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing operational processes that align with organizational goals. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with local partners and stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and providing feedback to product and data teams to improve platform adoption in target markets. The Branch Manager will also handle budget oversight, basic compliance and risk monitoring, and reporting on branch performance to senior leadership.

  • Experience in business development, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement, ideally in tech or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to lead in a remote, multicultural environment.
  • Comfort with digital tools, remote collaboration platforms, and basic familiarity with AI-driven or data-centric products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working in or with emerging markets, unbanked populations, or in sectors such as finance, HR, education, or health is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and adapt quickly in a fast-changing startup environment.
