Branch Manager

Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

. Overall management of outlet's costs, profits & losses

. Develop sales target with strategies, monitor sales performance of stalls & mini restaurants, and cost control

. Sourcing of new tenants & handle new stall set up process

. Uphold Company's Rules & Regulations

. Provide assistance on requests/queries from Tenants, Customers & Cleaners

. Conductroutine outlet Hygiene Checks and Inventory Checks

. Maintain good standards of outlet's overall esthetics (Food/Stall Display)

. Point-of-contact for external contractors or suppliers

. Prepare daily and monthly reports on outlet operations

. Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor

Requirements:

. Minimum 5 years in &B industry

. Effective Communication and comfortable speaking in Mandarin

. Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
