Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Business Growth: Develop and execute strategic branch sales plans to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

• Team Management & Coaching: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate beauticians and customer service staff to build a high-converting sales environment.

• Customer Relationship & Retention: Build strong relationships with customers, address feedback promptly, and uphold high customer satisfaction standards.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch administration, inventory, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Market Analysis & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local customer dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in beauty/wellness industry, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership/supervisory role (e.g., Assistant Branch Manager or Senior Sales Executive).

• Track Record: Proven history of achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, team management, and conflict-resolution capabilities.

• Language: Professional fluency in English proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is an advantage for customer engagement.
