Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead outlet operations in the beauty industry. Reporting to the Operations Manager/Group Manager, you will be responsible for driving outlet performance, achieving KPIs, and building a motivated, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire the outlet team to achieve outlet and individual KPIs.

• Monitor performance progress, identify gaps, and implement effective action plans.
• Oversee daily outlet operations including customer service, complaint resolution, administrative tasks, and staff morale.
• Manage HR responsibilities such as leave approval, shift scheduling, and staff allocation.
• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to enhance staff skills and maximize performance.
• Uphold company philosophy, promote teamwork, and enhance overall outlet efficiency.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with a strong record of achieving KPIs in retail, beauty, or service industries.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, lead, and manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
