Ensure ICT (Information and Communication Technology) organizations operate effectively to achieve business objectives through strong governance over spending, procurement, and organizational transformation.
Establish and enhance ICT budget and investment policies, ensuring accurate budgeting and continuous monitoring of actual vs. budget performance.
Conduct value and cost analysis to support investment discipline and financial control.
Oversee ICT procurement and contract governance to ensure compliance with organizational processes.
Monitor process adherence and provide guidance and corrective actions when necessary.
Support and facilitate ICT investment committees to optimize investment decisions.
Manage internal ICT operational changes related to tools, processes, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with Process & Product Enablement teams to define and monitor ICT operational standards.
Improve project success rates by ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals.
Mastery in building complex IT budget models, managing CapEx/OpEx allocations, and performing variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).
Ability to design and enforce governance and gate-keeping policies to ensure spending aligns with corporate strategy.
Experience in drafting ICT investment and procurement policies that balance operational control and business agility.
Ability to review SaaS and Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs), with focus on SLAs, data protection, and compliance clauses.
Strong capability in change management, supporting user adoption of new tools and processes through structured communication and training.
Knowledge of project delivery frameworks to support effective project execution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting, planning, or project management.
Experience in the shipping industry or digitalization projects is highly advantageous.
